Asia is a gastronomic melting pot of international food influences. It was therefore only appropriate for our Singapore Broadcast team to conceptualize, script, direct and produce Unilever’s ‘Food Trends’ online video series.
In the coming months, a series of delicious, bite-size online videos serves up valuable insights on South-East Asia’s food trends, aiding chefs and businesses to stay relevant with diners in the dynamic food and beverage industry.
The series kicks-off with ‘Food Tourism’, which highlights the trend of local cuisine becoming a big enough reason to visit a destination. The second episode focuses on ‘Sharing Portions’, where deliberately sized portions are served for sampling and sharing. Diners are exposed to a wider array of flavors and textures in one sitting, allowing for a more in-depth dining experience.
