The problem

Philips moved to a centralised hub model 7 years ago but local markets did not adopt, support or utilise this. Using the Idea & Delivery Model Ogilvy and RedWorks pitched and won the account.

The solution

Principals of operation are master campaigns created at Ogilvy WW creative centre, then adapted at local level utilising local RedWorks capabilities.

Master work was created at the Ogilvy centre and RedWorks was involved in the development with execution and tactical creative handed out to local RedWorks. All work produced is held on the worldwide system for reporting and analysis.

Over 500 items were delivered in 12 months with 85% adoption of master assets and 25% budget savings. There was 100% brand compliance on work produced.
